Repairs can be reported to the office anytime Monday to Thursday 9am to 4.30pm and Friday 9am to 4pm or alternatively you can email enquiry@cadderhousing.co.uk or use the interactive form below.

Repair Access
Any repairs reported will be arranged at a day and time that suits you to allow access to your home. Our maintenance team will try on two occasions if access is not obtained and there maybe a charge incurred if no access is granted to carry out the repair.
OUT OF HOURS REPAIRS EMERGENCY REPORTING
Bell Group are our out of hours emergency contractor for all repairs except central heating breakdowns.
Please report any emergency repairs to Bell Group on telephone number 0141 336 7111 out with normal office opening hours.
If you are experiencing any problems with your gas heating and hot water we ask that you contact our contractor James Frew directly to arrange a suitable time for access.
