Kristina is a qualified accountant with experience in the public and charitable sectors, including 10 years working as a Finance Accountant and managerial roles in the housing association sector. Kristina has always been interested in housing and believes everyone should be entitled to good, affordable housing. She also volunteers at her local church providing meals to homeless people.

Stephanie a resident of Cadder who works for the NHS as a IT Specialist. Stephanie has always been involved in the local community she feels as a resident of Cadder very passionate about making Cadder the best area it can be and was a member of the Cadder Community Council. Stephanie is also currently a Board Member for Lambhill Stables and working together with all partners is something she feels strongly about. With over 10 years’ experience as an Executive Board Member and of volunteering in the local community.
Secretary : Jamila Flynn

Jamila is a manager in early learning and childcare and is currently studying a BA in Childhood Practice. Jamila was a member of Cadder Scrutiny Panel and this led her to further develop her knowledge and skills to become a Board member. Jamila brings extensive local knowledge and her management skills contribute towards the leadership and management of the Association. Jamila has a passion to improve the health & wellbeing of people in the community.

Mark has worked as a Human Resources Director in the Airline, Education, Engineering, Scottish Government and Councils Sectors both in the UK and Internationally. He has a well-rounded background at operational level within HR, L&D, OD. He has extensive trade union engagement experience and has implemented legislative requirements. ER skills: – led collective bargaining, agreed collective agreement, managed industrial disputes and their resolutions. Professional business and commercial acumen skills. Develop strategies and reviews that will improve business performance. Project managed enterprise change requirements. Extensive start-up experience.

Ross is a Change and Transformation Programme Director, expert in eliciting and understanding complex business requirements to strategise and execute business-critical change and transformation to meet commercial and regulatory obligations. Key strengths include: strategising, leading and delivering £multi-million projects and programmes across diverse sectors to drive technological / organisational change, regulatory compliance and budget constraints/ cost savings; eliciting business and technology requirements through effective engagement, troubleshooting and collaboration with senior stakeholders and business leaders; building, leading, developing, coaching and empowering cross-functional teams to drive collaborations and achievement of project and programme objectives; and utilising strong ‘big picture’ vision and strategic insights to advise and influence Board level executives in new ideas and innovation.

Over the last 20 plus years Kenny has worked across a wide range of sectors and a wide range of organisations. He is an active participant in a series of ‘Board Positions’. Kenny’s strengths lie in driving strategic development, governance and its subsequent implementation and review. Kenny’s extensive knowledge and experience in strategy, project and people management will assist the support and development of the Association and help streamline/ improve its effectiveness.
Board Member: Scott Mould

Scott is an experienced community development professional with a strong background in governance, regeneration, and social enterprise. Currently serving as Head of Social & Economic Development at Cunninghame Housing Association, Scott also leads one of its key subsidiaries, where they hold responsibility for strategic operations, financial oversight, and direct reporting to the subsidiary Chair.
In addition to this, Scott manages the group’s media, marketing, and communications, including the websites, social media, and public relations.
Scott is also the Chair and founder of Ardrossan Community Development Trust, a charity formed to revitalise community assets. Under their leadership, the Trust secured funding to construct a new community hub.
Driven by a passion for improving not just homes, but the communities that surround them, Scott is particularly interested in the future of the Cadder Community Hub and wider community.
Board Member: Darren Ritchie

Darren currently works with Maryhill Housing Association and with over 16 years of experience in the social housing sector, Darren brings extensive frontline knowledge of building repairs, maintenance, and customer service to the Cadder Board. Darren’s background includes resident engagement, offering a solid understanding of residents’ expectations and the operational challenges faced by housing associations.
Darren has worked closely with a variety of housing organisations, attending resident panel meetings and gaining insight into different approaches to complaint handling, service delivery, and tenant engagement. This broad perspective has helped shape a strong commitment to good governance, transparency, and continuous improvement in the sector.
Passionate about ensuring that tenants live in safe, well-maintained homes, Darren is particularly interested in Cadder’s work around repairs and housing quality. Darren also values the importance of tenant engagement and communication.

With over six years’ experience in corporate governance, including four years within the social housing sector, Adele brings strong expertise in regulatory compliance, strategic oversight, and Board governance.
Adele’s professional background has equipped her with a clear understanding of the Board’s pivotal role; from setting the organisational strategy and holding management to account, to ensuring the delivery of long-term sustainability, and upholding our core values.
Adele’s work across both the social housing/third sector and the public sector has reaffirmed her belief that access to a safe, warm, and affordable home is fundamental to health and wellbeing. As a Cadder resident, Adele is passionate about making this vision a reality for everyone living in our community.
