Applying for a House

Cadder Housing Association is located in the north area of Glasgow.  We currently have 698 properties made up of tenements and main door cottages.

To apply for a property within the Cadder area, please contact the office.  An application form will be issued or download the form here.  Our Allocations Policy is also available for information

Please complete the form, signed and with 2 forms of identification one must include proof of your current address.  We also require proof of identification for anyone to be included as part of your household who is over the age of 16.

Your application will be acknowledged within 3 working days and you will receive the outcome of the form being assessed within 10 working days of the date the application was received within the office.
